My Approach


…is a blend of two proven and powerful healing approaches in the therapy world: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) and Applied Behavior Analysis.

I will work with you to make sure your conscious needs and wants are in line with whatever beliefs and internal thoughts are running you and may have been holding you back and creating a challenge in your life.

My approach with you is filled with empowerment through knowledge of what is running you, why it is running you in an unbeneficial way, and changing those habits and behaviors at both the awareness level (though conscious behavior modification) and the unconscious systems of habits that were running you. When you are able to do the work on both your conscious and subconscious minds, you are making sure they are both working for you to meet your needs, rather than against each other.

The world of therapy is changing. We now know for a fact that human beings have the ability, through the power of thought alone and therefore their mind, to effect a change at a deep level, choosing which gene is turned on or off, healing what needs to heal, and improving what is beneficial.

What is RTT in a nutshell

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an innovative, critically-acclaimed therapeutic approach drawing upon powerful tools and techniques to offer fast, long-lasting freedom from various psychological, emotional and physical problems.

Its personalized approach works with clients to reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions- many of which have been accumulating since childhood. By helping clients alter the way they think on a deeper subconscious level, they can approach life in a successful way impossible prior to RTT.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® has emerged as a distinctive approach that aims to deliver permanent change in a single session. Although some clients and some issues will need up to 3 sessions. RTT® is particularly useful with issues such as confidence, insomnia, stopping smoking, weight loss, fears and phobias, sexual problems, fertility and even anxiety and depression.

What is Behavior Modification in a nutshell?

Used in combination with the deeper, more subconscious modality RTT, behavior modification is more of an ‘awake’ therapy that deals with our conscious decision-making in our everyday life.

ABA became very prominent for its uses in the ASD populations as well as corporate settings. I’ve had plenty of success using behavior modification plans when working with parents of children with challenges to overcome, like screen addictions, allergies, fears, ect… I have found this approach to be very successful in such settings, where we shape a desired behavior gently, using tools like positive reinforcement.

Behavior modification: a more modernized term for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). It simply uses the principles of ABA to either increase a desired behavior or decrease an unwanted one. It is proven to be  a successful approach used not only in children but in adults as well.
