• Dr. Carla Kesrouani’s website is a site that represents the doctor personally as well as her clinic and specializes in psychotherapy.
• All of this website is the property of Dr. Carla Kesrouani and may only be copied with her written and legal permission.
• Dr. Carla Kesrouani complies with all the medical laws provided for in Lebanon.
• Dr. Carla Kesrouani maintains absolute confidentiality between her patients and her auditors.
• Everything that takes place between Dr. Carla Kesrouani and her patients during their sessions and treatment shall be kept confidential and shall not be reported by the doctor to anyone.
• Patients of Dr. Carla Kesrouani shall undertake to keep confidential the information received from the doctor in their treatment process.
• This is not a governmental organization and does not represent any Government’s interests.
• Any payments made for services provided to the patient by Dr. Carla, including treatment sessions, are not refundable once completed, knowing that it is possible to recover the value paid for those services that have not yet been completed and which are cancelled in writing at least 48 hours prior to their due date.
• Patients may reschedule or postpone any scheduled session if written notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the booked date.
• When needed, patients shall undertake to give Dr. Carla Kesrouani full authority to use Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with the knowledge that the overall success of their treatment depends on their commitment to participate fully in it and to listen to their individualized audio recording for at least 45 days.
• Patients shall be informed that, although it is scientifically evidenced that Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) has significantly high success rates documented by studies and research, there is no guarantee of success without their commitment and their will for internal change.
• Dr. Carla Kesrouani shall be relieved of any liability arising from adverse reactions that may arise if the patient chooses to discontinue a medication taken for an existing medical condition that he/she is treated for that was precribed by another physician. The patient also undertakes not to stop any medication until after the examination of the competent doctor and under his/her full supervision.
• Patients are committed to granting Dr. Carla Kesrouani full rights to generate audio recordings as part of the treatment for use in their recovery journey, and these shall solely include Dr. Carla Kesrouani’ s voice.
